Contact Info: Vinciolo @ AIM
Other Characters: Emmet
Name: Haggle Man
From: Retro Game Challenge (Haggle Man)
Appearance:

Age: I'd place him at around 18, judging by Princess.
Gender: Technically a robot. But also male.
Personality: Haggle Man is loyal/compassionate. This is the first thing you might notice about him - if you're close to him, he'll do anything to protect you - even put himself in danger. He's a robot! He doesn't feel the same sense of danger as others! However, he's not stupid. He knows when he should fight, and when he should hide. (Normally behind a door to knock other people out, but still.)
He's also odd, in that he has a Spirit Gear. So, unlike other robots from his world, he actually has emotions. However, he still doesn't comprehend some of these - he still speaks rather monotone, and still doesn't understand concepts like love and hate. Though he does hate, it takes a bit to get him to admit it.
Actually, it takes a bit to even get him to talk. For all of his ninja robot powers, Haggle Man is an oddly quiet fellow. He knows when to speak, and he knows when not to speak. Some may see him as harsh - but this isn't true. He's actually a caring robot, it just doesn't show in that human way.
Backstory: Before I start his history, you need to know a bit about his canon. It's important. Trust me.
Haggle Man comes from a game... inside a game. You see, there's this awesome game called Retro Game Challenge, based off of the show Game Center CX. In it, you're sent back in time by the evil disembodied head of a Japanese Comedian to play retro games on a Famicom. And Haggle Man comes from a trilogy from inside said past. My Haggle Man comes from between the first and second, because the third one is completly different and Haggle Man is no longer adorable. (Plus I'm stuck on Rally King, I can't drift, and you need to do that aaaaa.) (Also, imagine what would happen if he touched the fourth wall! :D)
Anyway, onto his history! Sometime in the past, Haggle Man was made by Zenryosai, Neo-Nippon's best scientist. Somehow, he became friends with the young Princess. Yes, she's just called Princess. They grew up together - as Zenyrosai had a daughter, and also built a robot ninja dog (Cyborg K9) and a robot ninja baby (Little Zenmai).
However, Zenryosai had a rival. You see, unlike most robots, Haggle Man and his dog and also the baby were built with the Spirit Gear - basically a soul. Another scientist, Chingensai, wanted to get this power - and, so, he kidnapped Princess, and took her to the Mech Hideout! He even built evil robots, including an evil Haggle Man with no soul!
Haggle Man, however, defeated all of the enemies, and even a doppleganger of Chingensai - fighting though every level, and rescuing the princess. And everything was happy.
Moral Standing: Good good, he's a good guy forever.
Dreams: Deep down, Haggleman wishes for a world with no Mech Hideouts - a place where everybody can live in peace.
Fears: Fears? He fears defeat, and also his dark doppleganger.
Extra: I am making him a bit more durable then canon - as in, he won't be defeated in two blows. Now, he's a bit more durable then a human. Also, he'll be fully powered-up. You see, in Haggle Man, you collected powers like throwing ninja stars further and stronger.
"He also speaks like this." How does it sound to people? IDK.
Character Location: None!
Samples: Sorry, but I don't have any. It is so hard to get a save into a ROM of this game, otherwise I'd have screenies of the instruction booklet.
Writing Sample: Three...
Haggle Man was ready. He could see the target - in fact, it was a normal target. The world was safe, sure. But someday, a Mech Hideout might reappear. And so, he needed to keep up his training.
Two...
Carefully, he grabbed one of his ninja stars, and looked straight at the target. It was moving - like he requested. He'd been hit a few times as he tried to rescue his friend last time - in fact, he swore he'd broken once or twice. If that happened again, he might not be so lucky.
One...
And he threw. Before the countdown had even finished, he threw a star, cutting the target in half. He's still got it. But then, he heard a bark! Jumping over, he noticed... Cyborg K9. Oops. "You did not get out of the way." Haggleman said, learning down to the whining dog, and looking. He'd cut off one of his ears. Giving his best impression of a smile, Haggleman gave his dog a bit of a pat. "Zenryosai will fix this."
And so, he led him off.
